Customized/On-site

Onsite training delivers a blend of didactic and hands-on experiential learning activities in a group setting at the customer’s site and is our most customized training available.

Agenda for these sessions are developed collaboratively in advance with you to insure that through a comprehensive knowledge of your workflows and challenges, curriculum is designed to meet your unique and specific learning needs.

Onsite training is delivered by a member or members of the Milliman Care Guidelines Training Department. Our Clinical Trainers are all Registered Nurses, are Certified Case Managers, and bring with them a wealth of experience in a variety of inpatient and managed care settings.

Onsite training can be delivered over as few as 4 hours or be up to several days in duration, depending upon your needs.
