MCG sponsors a package of flexible benefits for regular full-time (30 or more hours per week) employees who are U.S. residents. This plan allows a choice among a variety of benefit options to best meet the employee’s needs.

New employees are eligible for insurance benefits on the first of the month coincident with or following the date of regular full-time employment with MCG.
