Milliman Care Guidelines Expands Clinical Training Team and Curriculum

Frater, Hastings Latest To Join Accomplished, Full-Service Clinical Training Team

SEATTLE -- Jan. 9, 2008 -- Jeff Frater, RN, CCM, and Jill Hastings, RN, PAHM, have joined Seattle-based Milliman Care Guidelines LLC, A Milliman Company, as clinical trainers.

Frater is a Certified Case Manager and president-elect of the Case Management Society of America, the industry's leading professional association for case managers. Hastings holds a Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management designation, and has extensive clinical systems implementation and development experience. With these two latest additions, Milliman Care Guidelines now has nine professional trainers.

Frater said, "In my role as a trainer for Milliman Care Guidelines, and in my leadership role at the Case Management Society of America, I see great opportunities for improving the level of information available to case managers across the country, and having a positive effect on patients and providers."
