Scott Harris
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Milliman Care Guidelines, Mr. Harris oversees sales, marketing and account management.

Mr. Harris has more than a dozen years of sales and management experience in healthcare and health care information technology companies ranging from high-tech startups to a Fortune 25 giant. Before joining Milliman Care Guidelines, he was Vice President of Payor Sales for a San Francisco Bay-area healthcare company.

An expert at managing and motivating project planners and competitive sales executives, Mr. Harris has a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and finance from Western Oregon University where he played baseball. He continues his interest in sports as an NCAA Division I men’s basketball official, refereeing Big Sky and West Coast Conference games.
