Mr. Paulson leads the software development, network services and Information technology support for Milliman Care Guidelines products and offices.

Experience:
A seasoned healthcare information manager, Mr. Paulson has consulted on healthcare IT management issues with hospitals, clinics and public health agencies across the country. With experience as Vice President, CIO and clinical systems director of hospitals in California, New Mexico and Washington, Mr. Paulson was named one of the top five CIOs of the country's 100 Top Hospitals by Health Management Technology magazine. While residing in the UK he directed applications development research and development, and managed international business development for a major US-based clinical software developer for an electronic health record system to support the National Health Service. He retired from the US Navy from his last duty station as CIO of Naval Medical Command, Southwest Region.
