Dr. Schibanoff leads all guideline development and documentation. He supervises the Milliman Care Guidelines editorial and peer review process, the evidence-based analysis, expert clinician panels appointment and coordination, new guidelines planning, and existing guidelines revisions.

Experience:
Dr. Schibanoff is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. He served as Chief Medical Officer of a San Diego healthcare system and led the implementation of total quality management as the most enduring method to simultaneously lower costs and improve quality. Dr. Schibanoff served for three years as Chief Executive Officer of two San Diego hospitals with a combined budget of $250 million. He was instrumental in system integration and in promoting physician participation in hospital governance.
